I've lost count of the number of times I've heard:
"I'm actually quite happy where I am..."
Only for that same person to say a few weeks later:
"Tell me a bit more about the opportunity."
Not because they were looking to leave but because someone took the time to understand what mattered to them.
The same applies to employers.
