In busy workplaces, it is easy to start questioning yourself. To wonder if you are doing enough.
Achieving enough. Keeping up and meeting key objectives.
Sometimes it can feel like everyone else has confidence, clarity and direction while you are still figuring things out behind the scenes.
You’re not alone – many capable and successful people quietly doubt themselves too.
· Not every high performer is loud
· Not every leader walks into a room feeling completely confident
· Not everyone striving for excellence feels certain and confident every single day
Some people simply keep showing up.
· They keep learning
· They keep trying
· They keep moving forward even when they feel unsure of themselves
That matters more than people realise.
Every workplace is made up of different personalities and different strengths. The energisers, the steady hands, the quiet achievers, the relationship builders, and the problem-solvers behind the scenes.
You do not need to be someone else to succeed.
You do not need to have all the answers immediately.
You do not need to compare your journey to the person sitting next to you.
Growth is rarely loud. Confidence is often built after taking the right steps and doing the right things to keep moving forward.
If this week has felt crazy, stressful, or uncertain, let this be your reminder:
· You are more capable than you give yourself credit for
· Keep backing yourself
· Keep striving for excellence
· Keep showing up
· You do not need to have everything figured out to be moving in the right direction
· You do not need to measure your worth against how loud, fast, or certain others are
Just keep going. Keep learning. Keep showing up in the way only you can.
More often than not, the work you are doing, the effort you are putting in, and the way you are showing up already means you are further ahead than you think.
